Payment is due upon ordering. We chose PayPal for ease of use, convenience and it is free of charge. You can pay securely using your checking account or credit card. Once paid, your order will be assigned a designated ship date.
Houston, Texas customers only: If shipping is not desired, you can avoid this cost by contacting us for a meeting. For safety reasons designated public locations will be required.
Items are normally shipped by USPS economy mail unless the listing says it includes Priority Mail Shipping and/or we discuss other methods prior. We can ship Express as well but neither shipping method is guaranteed. Refunds will not be given if the mail is at fault for an untimely delivery. The delivery time is estimated to be 1-10 business days for standard shipping, and priority mail is between 1-5 business days (from the date an item is shipped). We typically make items in the order received and will contact you should we have an unexpected delay. It is important to provide the correct address for your shipment in your Paypal account address. To protect your purchase, we only ship in boxes. We are not responsible for the post office losing packages. Insurance is available upon your request. Message us during checkout, then wait for a revised invoice.
Shipping can be combined on all small items such as headbands, sashes, bobbie and camis. This saves on shipping costs for you! Please message us in regards to multiple items to have shipping reduced.
Turn Around:
Please see our shop announcements for the current turnaround time for all items. Orders are completed based on the date of purchase and the delivery request date.
OUTSIDE US:
Please note that for orders outside the US, shipping expenses are greater and there is no package tracking system for USPS at this time. It is helpful if you provide your phone number for the international shipping documents. Items can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
DELIVERY:
Please also note that if your package is delivered to your address and you are not there to receive it you will need to pick it up from your local post office within the time specified by your delivery man. If your item is returned back to me you must pay additional shipping expenses to have your item re-shipped. If an item is returned to my address and I do not receive a reply to an e-mail within one month you will be refunded for your item, but not refunded for the shipping expense, as long as it was not a custom order (custom orders cannot be refunded).
We want to ensure you are a happy customer. We do not normally accept returns, but if you are completely dissatisfied with your product, please contact us and we can discuss options before leaving any negative feedback. No refunds on custom orders.

How to Take Measurements-
Chest – Circumference around chest with arms raised.
Dress length – Tutu Dresses: Chest center to the floor. Full Dress: Collar bone center to the floor.
Pants- Top of inner thigh to ankle, waist to floor, hips, and waist.
+Providing measurements on all orders helps ensure fitting.
IMPORTANT WARNING! Clothing and accessories have potential choking hazards. Infants and Children should wear product under adult supervision. Safe sleep practices with your baby should be in place. Don’t leave child unattended while wearing products.
Caring for Tutu’s & Tulle Items:
Wrinkles: Tutus can be steamed with a hand-held steamer.
Cleaning: Spot-cleaning is best method. If further is needed, you can wash them alone in a front load washing machine with cold water and delicate cycle only.
Drying & Storage: Professional tutus are hung upside down on a hanger. This allows the tutu to keep a clean, volumed look.
